Certified Economic Development Organizations

Listed below are Certified Economic Development Organizations (CEDOs) organized by county

A network of nonprofit economic development organizations, known as CEDOs, partner with the Department of Community and Economic Development to administer the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA), First Industries (FIF), and the COVID-19 Working Capital Access (CWCA) loan programs. If interested in submitting a PIDA, FIF, or CWCA loan application, please contact a Certified Economic Development Organization (CEDO) that serves the county your business is located in. The CEDO will discuss with you in detail how the application process works and will assist your business with packaging the loan application. For additional information about the PIDA loan program, please visit the PIDA page, visit the FIF program page for information about the First Industries loan program, and check out the CWCA program page for more information about the COVID-19 Working Capital Access program.
