Keystone Communities Program (KCP)

Keystone Communities Program (KCP) program is a flexible tool in community and economic development for a variety of uses, including planning activities, façade grant programs, accessible housing programs, and development grants. Designed to encourage the creation of partnerships between the public and private sectors that jointly support local initiatives, the program allows communities to tailor the assistance to meet the needs of their specific revitalization effort.


Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP)

The Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) is an incentive program that provides tax credits to private companies investing in rehabilitating, expanding, or improving buildings or land located within designated enterprise zones.


NAP Enterprise Zone Program (NAP EZP)

The NAP Enterprise Zone Program is an incentive program that provides tax credits to private companies investing in rehabilitating, expanding, or improving buildings or land located within designated enterprise zones.
